Ingredients:

  • 30g vanilla protein powder
  • 50g raw porridge oats
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

 

Directions:

  • Add the oats to a blender and blitz until it resembles a fine flour
  • Blend the protein powder, baking powder, egg, milk and cinnamon until you have a texture like pancake batter
  • Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat
  • Pour the mixture onto the pan (your choice of the sizes)
  • Flip the pancakes when you see little holes on the top
  • Cook the pancake for about 50 seconds until it’s light brown
  • Serve hot with your choice of topping
  • Eat. Repeat
